Terms of Trade for Maintenance Plumbing Services



1. Scope of Services:


The service provider (Greenfox Agencies NZ) agrees to provide maintenance plumbing services to the client as specified in the work order or as mutually agreed upon by both parties. The services may include but are not limited to, repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and systems.



2. Service Charges:


The Service Provider will charge the Client for the maintenance plumbing services at the agreed-upon rates, which will be outlined in the estimate provided prior to the commencement of the work. Any additional services required beyond the scope of the initial estimate will be agreed upon in writing and billed separately.



3. Payment Terms:


Payment for services rendered is due upon the 20th of every month after presentation of an invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest or penalties as allowed by law. The Client agrees to pay all costs and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the Service Provider in collecting overdue payments.



4. Materials and Equipment:


The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to select and purchase suitable materials and equipment for the services to be provided. The cost of materials and equipment will be included in the estimate and billed to the Client accordingly.



5. Warranty:


The Service Provider warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects in workmanship or materials will be rectified by the Service Provider at no additional cost to the Client, provided that the Client notifies the Service Provider of such defects within a reasonable 3 months post completion of the work.



6. Liability:


The Service Provider will carry adequate liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of services. The Client agrees to hold the Service Provider harmless for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the performance of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Service Provider.



7. Termination:


Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach or default by the other party. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.



Terms and Conditions for Solar Installations and Energy Storage Supply



These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the purchase, installation, and use of solar panels and energy storage systems (the “Products”) supplied by Greenfox Agencies NZ to the customer.



1. Scope of Work



Supplier agrees to design, supply, and install the solar panels and energy storage system in accordance with the specifications and requirements provided by the Customer. The installation will be performed in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.



2. Payment Terms



Customer agrees to pay Supplier the total purchase price as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. A deposit will be due upon acceptance of the proposal, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation.



3. Warranty



Products are covered by manufacturers’ warranty. The supplier will facilitate the redemption of said warrantees in the case of defect. Supplier will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part of the Products during the warranty period.




4. Maintenance, Service and Installations 



Customer is responsible for performing regular maintenance on the Products as outlined in the user manual provided by Supplier. Supplier offers maintenance and service plans for an additional fee, which the Customer may opt into.
If the customer chooses to have the energy storage units installed by a different installer, it is important that the user manual be meticulously followed. Upon finishing the installation, a Certificate of Compliance (COC) and photographs of the installed units must be provided to Greenfox Agencies NZ in order to validate the warranty.



5. Permits and Approvals



Supplier will obtain all necessary permits and approvals required for the installation of the Products. Customer agrees to provide reasonable assistance to Supplier in obtaining such permits and approvals.



6. Limitation of Liability



Supplier’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products as provided in the warranty section. Supplier will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the installation or use of the Products.



7. Governing Law



This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.



8. Entire Agreement



This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.


Greenfox Agencies NZ Non-Refund Policy for Energy Storage Units

Greenfox Agencies NZ are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please review the following non-refund policy regarding the purchase of our energy storage systems.



  1. All sales of energy storage systems are considered final at the time of purchase. Once the purchase is made, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or as required by applicable law.


  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the selected energy storage system meets their specific requirements before making the purchase. We encourage customers to thoroughly research and seek advice if necessary, before finalising their purchase.


  3. Greenfox Agencies NZ perform quality checks before energy storage units are dispatched to the customer. If the energy storage units are not installed within 60 days of receiving the units, Greenfox Agencies NZ will not be liable for any damages that may occur to energy storage units in that period due to various situations i.e. incorrect storage.


  4. In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the product specifications, customers are entitled to seek remedies as outlined in our product warranty and applicable consumer protection laws. Such cases will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy and applicable laws.
  5. 

We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer alternatives to a monetary refund, such as product exchange.

By making a purchase from Greenfox Agencies NZ, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our non-refund policy for energy storage systems and agree to its terms.
